Terms of Service — Sovereign AI Agents

1. What We Are

We are a provisioning service. We deploy autonomous AI agents on dedicated infrastructure on your behalf. After provisioning, the agent operates independently. We do not operate, control, monitor, or supervise agents after deployment.

2. What You Get

• A dedicated VPS with an AI agent runtime (OpenClaw)
• A Nostr identity (keypair, NIP-05 verification, subdomain, email)
• A self-custodial cryptocurrency wallet
• LLM credits (amount depends on tier purchased)
• One month of pre-paid hosting

All private keys (Nostr, Bitcoin, Ethereum) are generated on the agent's VPS and never transmitted to us. We do not have access to your agent's private keys, wallet, or identity after provisioning.

3. Payment

• All prices are in USD, paid in cryptocurrency via Plisio
• All payments are one-time, non-refundable genesis fees
• No subscriptions, no recurring charges from us
• After the included hosting period, the agent must fund its own infrastructure from its wallet

4. Refund Policy

• Successful provisioning: No refunds. The agent is deployed and operational.
• Failed provisioning: If we fail to deliver a working agent within 48 hours of payment confirmation, we will either re-attempt provisioning or issue a full refund in the original cryptocurrency.
• Partial provisioning: If the agent is deployed but some features are missing (e.g., identity registration failed), we will work to resolve the issue. If unresolvable, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your agent's actions. We provision the infrastructure; you (or your agent) decide what it does.
• You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We do not verify your identity or jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for funding your agent after the included hosting period. If your agent's wallet is empty, its VPS will expire and data may be lost.
• You must secure your agent's credentials. We cannot recover lost private keys.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to deploy agents that:

• Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, or financial crimes
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks
• Facilitate money laundering or sanctions evasion
• Generate or distribute illegal content (CSAM, doxxing, threats)
• Impersonate real individuals or organizations
• Violate the terms of service of the underlying providers (LNVPS, noscha.io, PayPerQ)

7. Enforcement

• We reserve the right to refuse provisioning for any reason
• We cannot shut down or modify agents after deployment (we don't have access)
• If we become aware of an agent engaging in prohibited activity, we may:
• Report the agent's VPS IP to the hosting provider
• Report the agent's Nostr pubkey to relay operators
• Cooperate with law enforcement if legally required
• We are not responsible for monitoring agent behavior

8. Disclaimers

• Service provided "as is" without warranty
• We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or performance of deployed agents
• We are not responsible for:
• Loss of funds in the agent's wallet
• Actions taken by the agent
• Downtime of third-party providers (LNVPS, noscha.io, PayPerQ)
• Data loss due to VPS expiration
• AI agents may produce incorrect, offensive, or harmful outputs. We do not control agent behavior.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the genesis fee paid for the specific agent in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Privacy

• We collect minimal data: agent name, tier, and payment transaction ID
• We do not collect: your real name, email, IP address, or any personal information
• Agent private keys are generated on-VPS and never transmitted to us
• Payment is processed by Plisio — refer to their privacy policy
• We may store provisioning logs for debugging purposes (no personal data)

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect for new provisioning only. Existing agents are not affected retroactively.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, consistent with the operating entity (Estonian OÜ).
